Reversal / Divergence Detection
Reversal Detection (Major/Minor):
- Major: strict criteria at extremes (volume above adaptive threshold, momentum reversal via ROC, extreme‑zone check, cooldown). Plotted with triangle markers.
- Minor: moderate criteria (signal‑line context, ROC check, zone depth, cooldown). Plotted with small circles.
- “Confirm on Close”: stabilizes alerts and visuals at bar close.
- Tips: Prefer Major near extremes; use Neural Signal Filter to align with background trend; quality badges ≥60 for higher conviction.
Divergence Detection:
- Bullish: price lower lows while oscillator forms higher lows.
- Bearish: price higher highs while oscillator forms lower highs.
- Trigger Waves: smaller follow‑up wave against the prior dominant wave in the opposite zone—often early exhaustion flags.
- Performance: Auto‑disables on M1/M5 when Auto‑Calibration is ON; enable on higher TFs or disable Auto‑Calibration to force it.
How to combine:
- High‑probability reversal: Major signal + divergence or trigger wave + confluence agreement.
- Continuation: Ignore counter‑trend minor signals when confluence and flow are strongly aligned with the trend.
- Alerts: Use “Once per bar close” with Confirm on Close for execution stability.
